I met Gabriele McDonald through the NIBA Young professional Mentor program back in 2010, still today I consider Gabriele as my mentor and a friend.
Gabriele guided and supported me in learning how to set attainable goals that I could achieve within the Insurance Industry, especially in building my network and knowledge as a young professional. Gabriele provided me with honest advice in which I could make an informed decision regarding the steps I would need to develop within my role and career.
Having Gabriele as my mentor, my career has gone from strength to strength in which I’m now in a Divisional Manager Role within a large insurance brokerage. Gabriele is honest, driven and is successful which I look up too.
I believe having a mentor in your career is vital in the and I know I wouldn’t be where I’am today without Gabriele’s support and guidance.
