NIBA strives to put the needs of the young insurance community at the heart of its operations. We have Young Professionals (YP) Committees in all of our regions, which work hard to provide relevant educational and networking forums for the under-35 section of the industry.
YIPs is a non-profit organisation dedicated to attracting and retaining young and talented professionals in the insurance industry, providing a platform for them to develop their business relationships through regular educational and networking events.
